Since 1999, Aterra Designs has collaborated with home builders and electrical contractors to combine the art of illumination with today’s technology. We offer home buyers a range of modern lighting, electrical, and home technology design options through two programs: Aterra Premium and Luminosity.

Aterra Premium is an a-la-carte lighting design service aimed at semi-custom home builders with homes valued $500k+. Our expert designers meet 1-on-1 with homeowners and guide them room by room, highlighting the latest design trends to make each room perfect in beauty and functionality.

Luminosity is a pre-planned, virtual lighting design tool created for production builders with homes valued $200k-$500k. Each expertly designed package features floorplans which can be viewed online in 2D and 3D panorama, showing the real-time lighting effects on each space.

We also have a unique interactive floor plan offering. More than your average interactive floor plan, I3 provides value to three audiences: prospects, builders, and homeowners.
