Gold Coast Builders Association installs 2019 Officers and Board of Directors

West Palm Beach, Florida February 11, 2019: Jay Huebner, P.E., A.I.C.P.  of HSQ Group, Inc. was sworn in as the 2019 President of Gold Coast Builders Association by Palm Beach County Commissioner Gregg Weiss, on January 26, 2019 during the Annual Gala at the Delray Beach Marriott. Mr. Huebner has over 25 years in civil engineering which includes design, project management and construction management of Civil Engineering related projects.  He has been involved in residential, commercial, roadway and municipal projects, master site planning, land use plan amendments, re-zoning, permitting, cost analysis, construction management and inspections. Mr. Huebner is Vice President of HSQ Group, Inc. a Planning, Engineering and Transportation company located in South Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois, is a Certified Planner (A.I.C.P.) and a member of American Planning Association, Palm Beach County Planning Congress, Florida Engineering Society and American Society of Civil Engineers.

Executive officers installed include :1st Vice President Maya Chocran  of K Hovnanian Homes,2nd Vice President Michael Caputo of DR Horton, Vice President of Finance Steven Karp of Melamed & Karp, Vice President of Membership Marsha Duvall  of Kelly Tractor, Vice President of Events Dawn Miller of The Paving Lady, Vice President of Communications Jason Handin of Ward Damon and Immediate Past  President - David Kanarek of Pulte.
