Frank is no stranger to success. As President and CEO of Belmont Companies a full-service construction management and real estate development firm, he has more than forty years’ experience in construction management and real estate development in New Jersey and Florida.
Frank has built many varied projects in the public and private sectors including schools, government complexes, seniors housing, veteran’s housing, mixed-use and multi-family developments, as well as industrial, retail and commercial developments for developers that include, Woodmont Properties and Paramount Homes throughout New Jersey.
