Elizabeth Somerstein Adler is senior counsel in the Land Use & Zoning practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She concentrates her practice on representing real estate developers and property owners on complex land use, zoning, and environmental permitting matters.  Ms. Adler also handles a wide range of zoning, environmental, and land use litigation. Ms. Adler is credentialed by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED AP BD+C, which is an advanced professional credential obtained by only those professionals with significant expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings, serving the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors.

Jennifer Morton

JMorton Planning & Landscape Architecture

Jennifer Morton, President of JMorton Planning & Landscape Architecture, has 30 years of experience in land planning, landscape architecture, entitlements and project management in southeast Florida. She has extensive experience working with residential and commercial builders/developers throughout Florida. Jennifer not only has a strong planning background; she is also well versed in local regulations and ordinances, which allows for the timely processing of plans and permits ultimately saving her clients time and money. Jennifer’s experience with zoning and site planning issues has provided her a wide range of projects including large-scale mixed-use developments, planned unit developments, neighborhood commercial centers, hotels, schools, churches, synagogues and overall institutional campuses. During the early part of Jennifer’s career, she spent a significant amount of time working on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects and ultimately was responsible for securing all the Certificates of Conformity (COC) for existing signage located along Okeechobee Boulevard upon widening from six to eight lanes. Over the years, Jennifer has been the subconsultant for planning and landscape architecture services on many government projects including Palm Beach County’s Vista Center Governmental Complex, Palm Beach County Convention Center and other park projects throughout southeast Florida.
