John’s career includes extensive experience working in leadership roles with construction industry leaders such as US Precast, Avatar/Brookman-Fels and Centex Homes, contributing significantly to growth and profitability of each company he has worked with.
John is an active member of Gold Coast Builder’s Association; he serves on the Board of Director and was the President in 2016. Additionally, he is a member of the Collier Building Industry Association.
John’s belief in integrity, honesty and professionalism has been the catalyst to his growth within the industry. Understanding the complexities of quality building and construction in the industry has established him as a well-regarded professional among his peers in the areas of Custom Home Building and large-scale Renovations.

Past President of Northstar Homes and current President of Northstar Building Management. Past President of GCBA (3 times) and Hall of Fame inductee. Involved in the construction of over 10,000 housing units during career. Semi-retired. Performs real estate development and construction consulting.
