Mr. Bailey is a Certified Aging-In Place Specialist, and the Founder/CEO, HBE Global LLC, a global sourcing & distribution, construction & procurement/ Aging-In-Place advisory company, focused on doing business in the United States, and the Caribbean. The company sources and distributes Durable Medical Equipment & Supplies, ADA Accessories, and Building & Construction materials. In addition, he is also Chief Marketing Officer of HBE Marketing LLC offering Brand Enhancement services providing brandable Apparel and Promotional Products. 

 

Mr. Bailey has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University, Aging-In-Place Certification from the National Association of Home Builders, Real Estate Development Certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned New York and Maryland Realtor License, and has also completed Commercial Lease Negotiations studies at Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Bailey has focused his career on spearheading marketing and international business development, global strategic sourcing, real estate transaction and portfolio management, and construction project management, for small to Fortune Global 500 organizations. He has held positions as Director of National Marketing Corporate Services for Cushman & Wakefield (NY); National Account Manager for The Staubach Company (VA); Senior Director of Projects for LOJ Property Management (Kingston, Jamaica) and Manager of Site Acquisitions for AT&T Wireless Services (MD).

 

Mr. Bailey is currently a Bucknell University Alumni Association Board of Director. His prior Board Memberships include:  Bucknell University Black Alumni Association, where he chaired the Multicultural Alumni Admissions Outreach Committee; Maryland District Export Counsel (DEC); Caribbean Central American Action (CCAA); Broward County Bicycling and Pedestrian Advisory Committee; chair of the Jamaican Diaspora Southern United States’ Trade and Sports Committee, and Business Advisor for S. Florida’s Junior Achievement Fellows high school program. 

 

Mr. Bailey’s many career accomplishments include conceiving and building a start-up company doing business in 10 countries, igniting an $18 million revenue upswing by piloting development of 14 McDonald's locations, driving execution of a 300-site AT&T build-out project within 18 months (vs. 10-year industry average), and mending relations to salvage and grow a core Fortune 500 account, which resulted in a 100% revenue increase and #1 national performance ranking.  Mr. Bailey was also an editorial assistant to the major literary update of “The Letters of George Santayana” and has published several short literary works. In 2012, he was honored by ICABA as one of South Florida’s Most Accomplished Entrepreneurs.

 

Mr. Bailey is a passionate public speaker with a strong interest in talent recognition and the art and benefits of networking. He was also invited by the Canadian Consulate, as a guest speaker to the Canadian Building Manufacturers Association and by Towson University, to address their graduating business students. He also enjoys strategic planning, travelling, music, dancing, photo/videography, golf, track and field. Mr. Bailey also has a “green thumb” and is a bonsai and orchid enthusiast, as well as a lover of man’s best friend – dogs. He is also very enthusiastic about helping underprivileged children become better educated and exposed to a better quality of life, so they can become better productive citizens.
