Maya Simhon-Chocron, Broker Associate, has been working in the Florida real estate industry since 1994 with expert real estate Sales and Marketing background. As an expert Florida realtor since 2005, she specializes in new construction, residential sales, property management, and leasing. Maya works with sellers, buyers, absentee owners, and investors. Maya also acts as a property manager/ owner representative for our investor's homes.  She builds her sales team based on each individuals experience and strengths. Maya stives to tool her clients and her associates with information that will support the transaction in the best way. 

As a dedicated Mortgage Consultant and an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, I specialize in securing new construction loans that are often hard to find. With over two decades of experience in loan origination and a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction financing, I have a proven track record of delivering tailored mortgage solutions for builders and homebuyers alike. My focus is on navigating complex lending scenarios to ensure my clients have access to the specialized financing they need to bring their unique projects to life.
