With over 25 years of experience, Terry is known for his hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering architecturally significant homes that reflect timeless craftsmanship and enduring quality. Under his direction, Paterson Project Management has built a reputation for excellence, completing some of the region’s most luxurious waterfront estates and earning accolades including “Best Developer” in Fort Lauderdale’s Best of Awards for 2023, 2024, and 2025.

I’m Hillary Vitovsky, the Managing Partner of Fox Windows & Doors in West Palm Beach, FL. With a background in construction management, technology, and real estate, I’ve found and led several ventures focused on real estate hedge funds, construction and development, and technology sectors. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the needs of builders, investors, contractors and the overall construction process.

Now, at Fox Windows & Doors, a builder-owned company, I’m excited to introduce luxury, custom European windows and doors to the Florida market.
