Brad Hunter is president of Hunter Housing Economics, a West Palm Beach-based firm that provides market demand studies for builders and developers. Before forming his own market consulting firm, he was director of consulting for Metrostudy, where he worked for 20 years. He has conducted or overseen more than 1,000 market studies throughout his career, and has long been a fixture in the South Florida homebuilding and home improvement community. He is a current member of GCBA and is also a former board member of GCBA.
